As of this date no has returned my calls or acknowledged my emails.I am forced to file my complaint with other agencies. I asked the representative to please acknowledge receipt of the two loans. I was outraged! my only loan outside of theirs was forgiven over a YEAR ago! I forwarded the two loans to ******************* so they would correct the error. After several more months I received an email informing me my loan would be due soon if I couldn't explain why I had two loans within an 8 week period. This information was with the *** all they had to do was look it up. They filed the loan as a 1st draw instead of a second which they weren't supposed to do. Not only did they not know I had received forgiveness on another loan a year previous to their loan.
